And over and over again, it's like, yes, he does.

That doesn't he's not required by law to necessarily explain it in a particular way for any particular group.

But some of the Democrats who are complaining that he doesn't have the power, they didn't feel that way when Barack Obama did it in Libya.

So if you put it all together, you think, OK, so one of the things that he is definitely saying is that he is trying to give the people an idea for when it might end.

So the first questions from the press is how long is this going to go on?
