It's not the only art that we have lost, but it really gets down to this big area of work that I'm studying right now on the science of mattering, because I think we have really shifted so much in society from our lives and the connections that we had at one point throughout history to now this void that's been caused.

And it's interesting because in the book, you have this statement, I'm going to read it. The nature of an untrained mind is one of distractions. Since the lives we lead are a manifestation of the quality of our mind, it's no wonder so many people feel their lives are out of control.
