It's being defined as a peacekeeping body to mediate world conflicts.
Trump would be chairman indefinitely, and countries would need to pay a billion dollars to become permanent members.
Trump is inviting world leaders to sign the Board of Peace charter at a ceremony Thursday at the World Economic Forum in Davos.
So far, at least five countries have publicly committed.
