So he started where he could work consistently for, I think it was... About 12 minutes before he would get distracted. And by the end of the program, by the end of the six weeks, he was up to 90 minutes of consistent focus. So when I say measurement, but not only was his procrastination basically solved and his anxiety was down by about 80%, he was just happier.
