He had this thing that he would do called It's Not Lost On Me voice notes.
And I don't even think he knew he was saying this, but it was one of his favorite phrases, which is, it's not lost on me.
So he'd leave a voice note and he'd say, Stephen, it's not lost on me how much you're dealing with at the moment.
And it's not lost on me that you are responsible for a lot of people's lives and all this.
And I just want to acknowledge you.
So he would leave these voice notes.
And he did this with everyone.
Like, it came out of the woodwork that everyone got these lovely voice notes from this guy.
Yeah, you don't realise, but like literally that is a huge part of people's legacies.
You think you're going to leave behind all this money.
You think you're going to leave behind all of this big stuff.
You think you're going to leave behind some huge financial structure.
And in the end, you leave behind some really touching voice notes as one of the things that will be most treasured, if you're lucky.
Yeah, I have, yeah.
Yeah, really, really nice.
Really, really nice.
It's just the deeper awareness that the real, you know, we talk a lot about technology, we talk a lot about business, but the whole game is relationships.
It's very easy to get that wrong.
Isn't it?
Very easy for you to get that wrong because you're surrounded by such a whirlwind.
