I know, I know.
But I mean, we did test like hundreds of people.
So we did five experiments on this.
And there was some iteration of, you know, either you're writing the message yourself or you're asking ChatGPT, it's writing the message and you're copying and sending it over to your loved one.
And across the board, the guilt, like the effect size was massive.
It was so big across the board.
There was not a single time where people writing them themselves felt guilty compared to those using AI.
We didn't test that.
I think that's great future research.

I'm like, you have to edit at least 50 percent.
It can't be 50 percent of what's originally given in the output.
And so like, they feel better kind of at that point.
But I would be so interested to see like, what is the point when it's like, this is your own versus, well, like it helped me versus like, this is not mine at all.
Yeah.
Hey, you never know.
