So tuna mac or tuna casserole.
And I add green peas just to spite my family because they never put veggies in it.
But I never ate it growing up.
It was like a family dish because it was cheap, super cheap, right?
Tuna and pasta.
And then they'd spring for the good cheese, extra sharp.
But I would just have like butter noodles.
I was like, ew.
And now it's like my favorite comfort food.
My dad makes it every time I come home.
We'd like have it Sunday.
We watch football when I was in high school and I finally started eating it.
And yeah, I add the green peas to it myself.
And then I haven't made it in a long time, but it sounds really good.
Favorite food memory.
I started my career in nuclear policy analysis and I used to do this, I don't know if you'd call it like professional development or not, but it was like this trip you could apply to called Isidarco.
And it was actually in Northern Italy.
And I went to that one like two or three times.
And it was just a bunch of professors and students that would get together at the ski lodge in the Italian Alps, like three hours north of Milan.
And when I think back on these things, I'm like, why was I traveling by myself to all these like remote places?
