He's got a good nature about him.

I actually have quite a few discussions with Bruce when we're sitting in the sauna together about what he wants to do in terms of his coaching and I think at some stage it's something he's got a real appetite for but

I think it's important that he decides to do that when he's ready to do it.

But whenever that is, I think he'd be a perfect coach for an AFL club out there, no doubt.

I think he's been mentioned recently because the players are getting into him a bit around the club.

So I think he's been mentioned a bit about the Carlton job.

And obviously last year with the Melbourne job, I think his name was mentioned as it should be.

So yeah, I think it's out there now.

I mean, we have good conversations with those guys.

we're not in the business of not having conversations with them.

We understand where free agency was at and the players have got the right as their managers do to go around and, and see what's out there.

And they wouldn't be doing their jobs if they weren't doing that.

But we have great discussions with the players and the managers and we're in good contact with them.

And we understand that this might, you know, keep going for a few weeks before we get an answer on either of them.

And we're quite content with that as long as the,

If the discussions are honest and we're having them in a way that they should be had, then we're sitting pretty comfortably with both boys.
