And so even thinking about planting churches in such a business way, I don't know, that was sort of, that felt rich, and that felt like what I wanted to make the show about.
But in doing that, you know, I met all these different pastors and talked to people, and I always wondered when it was over with, like,
if they put two and two together or what they thought of it.
And there was one time where I was out and I ran into one of the pastors I talked to, and he just came up to me and like whispered in my ear and said, I can't tell anyone I watched it, but you nailed it.
And I was just like, oh, great.
It's like, awesome, got it.
You were briefly a substitute teacher?

There was a brief moment where all was lost in Los Angeles, and I moved back to my parents' house, and I was substitute teaching by day and bartending by night.

Probably not what they were looking for.
All the kids cared about then was just, like, what kind of car you drove.
That was it.
They all wanted to know.
And the moment I told them it was a Hyundai Elantra, I think I lost all of their respect.
