I cannot tell who is in the squad at the end of the window.

I think, especially with young players, it's about get minutes and developments.

And then we have to make good decisions what is the best

For some players, it makes no sense to keep them and they get not minutes.

I think this is crucial.

For me, it's always about performance on the pitch during the game, but also during the week.

Always the training performance to get minutes.

And you see it at the moment, it's also not easy to come in the squad because some players, they try, they push.

The last two days after the big win, the players on the bench, they're on front foot, they try.

They want to be part of the team.

the train at the moment and you have to be in front otherwise we leave the train station without

some players and this is then tough.

We need the challenge.

We need a strong squad.

And I think this is also important for me.

When we make subs, we have to be better.

That we get impacts.

And I think this is also what we agree.

I think with the board, with the club, we know what we want to do.

But what we don't know is if we can do everything what we want.
