I think this is crucial.

For me, it's always about performance on the pitch during the game, but also during the week.

Always the training performance to get minutes.

And you see it at the moment, it's also not easy to come in the squad because some players, they try, they push.

The last two days after the big win, the players on the bench, they're on front foot, they try.

They want to be part of the team.

the train at the moment and you have to be in front otherwise we leave the train station without

some players and this is then tough.

We need the challenge.

We need a strong squad.

And I think this is also important for me.

When we make subs, we have to be better.

That we get impacts.

And I think this is also what we agree.

I think with the board, with the club, we know what we want to do.

But what we don't know is if we can do everything what we want.

But we are trying.

Yeah, I think I will think a little bit what they are doing.

I cannot imagine that they will start with the same tactic like today.

That means, again, a new strategy from them.
