I'm honest, it's a tough one.

You come with a lot of confidence until the point and then very ambitious.

You are prepared for the split and then you go to the first game, you go to the second and the third and finally you lost all the three and that's then not enough for what we want and where we want to go.

In general, I think in football, especially in places where you want to be the best and want to win titles, then no defeat helps.

Of course, it goes quick in football.

This is sometimes also part of the story.

I had, until now, a lot of great moments with the club and I'm convinced that I will have more of these great moments in the future.

There's a lot of rumours.

I think I look back last year with how many clubs I was linked.

I could get maybe 20 jobs in the newspaper.

But in general, my full focus is on Rangers.

A couple of days, our conversations with the board, with the club, goes just in one direction, how we can win titles with the club in the future.

Fully committed, I feel it every day, the support.

I feel the conversations we had, we spoke so much about what we want to change for the summer.

I feel that I'm in the right place with the right people.

A lot of motivation, positive energy to bring this club, not just to a one-hit wonder, back to a consistently club who can win titles in a row.
