This is it.
I remember my youngest boy, Robbie, up in Aberdeen, Gordon Stratton, first game of charge.
Estonia, I think it was, 1-1-0.
Robbie crying, Daddy, can we go home?
Just because it was freezing, peeing down the rain.
Just Hamden v Denmark, pouring rain.
I don't have any fans there.
I think we drew one each.
Just so many games that we've stuck through.
And this is it.
This is ours.
And tomorrow morning, I'm just out walking and driving my car all day because I'm buzzing.
a kid before Christmas a cold spring just can't wait can't wait was it tough to get your kids into Scotland from a younger age just because there wasn't that success there maybe wasn't the same hype around the national team that there is now or was it not that difficult it's like a big family Andrew but I always knew people and see when I used to take my kids people made an effort to speak to my kids so see now that they're 19 and 22 their friends are like my friends now they can have a beer together they can
talk to each other on social media about me being there.
It's a great thing.
Scotland's a great thing to bring people together.
It's like a big group of friends.
yep it's all the wee kids now going to school with their face painted and stuff really obviously from the start of the game but the midweek game it's just great it's brilliant for kids just to see their country and these guys are role models for these kids these are the players of the future looking up to McTominay McGinn people like that Tierney Robertson and it's just I always looked up to Colin Henning who was my hero when I was growing up
He was my hero.
Luckily, I was actually talking about... I played with Colin Henry.
