As they protest against ICE all the way over in Italy, Democrats in Congress keep demanding immigration enforcement reform, and they have a list willing to block funding for the Department of Homeland Security, which only has a week's worth left in the deal that ended the partial government shutdown this week.

If DHS funding runs out next week, that means TSA workers at airport security checkpoints would not get paid like during the long shutdown last year.

On Wall Street, stock futures are rising, suggesting there could be a rebound from yesterday's big sell-off.

The Nasdaq has plunged more than 1,000 points in the last three days.

Bitcoin is also rising now after another big drop yesterday for crypto when Bitcoin's value around $60,000 was around half its peak in October.
