After Saturday's controversial shooting that left a protester, Alex Preddy, dead in Minnesota, President Trump has put Tom home and his borders are in charge of immigration enforcement operations there.

Now an update on the protests in Iran stopped by deadly force.

That's Fox's Jonathan Savage.

Those protests against the regime in Iran were sparked by economic problems in that country.

And today, Iran's currency fell to a record low against the U.S.

dollar.

The storm's over, but the problems aren't.

After 18 states got a foot of snow and much of the south glazed over by ice, there are still more than a half million power outages, many in the Nashville area, where it's nine degrees right now.

Mike Diggs with Middle Tennessee Electric just told Fox it's tough work.

And airlines are still recovering.

Another 1,300 flights canceled the day after 22,000 cancellations Saturday through Monday.

President Trump's changes in Minnesota, putting Borders' Tom Holman in charge of immigration enforcement operations, comes as some of his fellow Republicans become more critical.

The president will focus on the November elections today, going to Iowa as he tries to keep Republicans in control of Congress.

The president might not like what the Fed does or doesn't do this week.

A two-day Federal Reserve meeting will soon start.

Expected to wrap up tomorrow without an interest rate cut.

There were three rate cuts last year, but the president thinks they were too small and too late.
