I tried everything.
And it was only out of desperation that I really went in and did the research on mitochondria.
and came up with this idea for putting butter and MCT oil in coffee that created a whole movement of biohacking.
In my 20s, I was so fat and sick, arthritis and chronic fatigue syndrome and a bunch of other stuff.
So I started hanging out with people three times my age in Palo Alto at a longevity nonprofit group.
So I'm learning from people three times my age.
And we learned about MCT oil a decade before anyone heard about it and said, oh, look, this gives you extra energy in your cells.
