This is why trees become an ecosystem.
This is why we help other people's children if they're lost, why we help our elderly across the street.
This is why we're kind to each other, even if we don't know.
Because our mitochondria made us feel kindness.
They are the puppet masters because they get to tell you what you're allowed to see.
How you're going to feel about it.
And then you take action on it.
They are puppet mastering you all the time, but there is a hack for that.
And the final F word.
That's the most important and the way you get control of the system is forgiveness.
Now, that's usually a trigger word for a lot of people.
It's like, I'm not going to forgive that person.
They were mean to me.
My anger keeps me safe.
