But it's how you fill in the blanks after that.

A good locker room is when you're in there, it's time to work.

That's basically it.

You can come in there and be a bit of a jerk or a jokester or whatever, but it all has to fit into play.

I guess if there is an oddball in there, you have to have strong enough personalities to be able to handle that and shrug it off and not think that they're

you know, they're bad for the organization or they're just not going to be a good teammate.

You can't think that way.

It's, it's, it's, it's, you know, you're graded on your work as a, as a group, not, not as an individual, because obviously there's some individuals that have kind of, you know, I know better where shite the bed in the last few years and, and that they, they, the team couldn't afford that.

Right.

And, um,

It's not no fault to them, but sometimes things get in the way.

But that's where your other teammates have to pick those people up and make them better.

Because a lot of them, and there's one, should be the top player, but a lot of times he needs people to make him better.

Because when Hughes and Miller were around, that's when the good years were there.

And it made it a lot easier when you had guys making plays like that to him and he could feed them.

and they were kind of like-minded in the hockey sense.

But when you don't have someone to pick your play up, because I'm not sure if he makes everyone better around him.

I'm not going to mention any names, but it's not hard to figure out.

But I'm serious.

Your top players have to make everyone better.
