when he did that but you know I was thinking you talk about running in movies you see a lot of adults running and I was thinking that there's a distinction between movies and reality in in adult life if you are ever if you ever have to run at full speed there's something wrong unless you're a professional athlete is that true is that fair to say if you ever have to run as fast as you can run it's never good what would you ever be running for that would be something uh positive
