He's a strong individual.
He will get whatever assistance and we will offer him whatever assistance that he needs and we'll continue to work with him to try to get him through that.
And I think he can do that.
But I also know that's a challenge for him and we'll keep in contact with him on a continued basis between
people in the front office, people in our administrative aspect of it, some of it in our coaching staff, I'm sure some of the players, to make sure that we can give them the best support system that we can.
I don't know, and even if I did, I don't think I'd answer that question because I wouldn't tip ourselves where we're going to go this wintertime to other people.
How creative do you think you could possibly get in terms of reshaping the roster in the offseason?
Well, again, that's a tough question to answer because I don't know what free agents were signed and which ones were not.
But I think Bryce is a first baseman at this time.
I mean, that's where we look at him as.
And he has asked to go out into the outfield.
He would be willing to do so.
But I think it would be more for the short term if we had done something at the trading deadline.
But it's been a while since he's been out.
I'm sure he'd be fine.
But he's a really good first baseman.
And I think for us, that's the position we look at him playing for us.
