I mean, he does his work, and they feel very comfortable throwing to him, and they should.

He's done a phenomenal job for us.

But those are things, I mean, we want to bring him back.

If you don't bring him back, then you have to work in trying to complement your organization with having someone have the qualities, as many of the qualities he has, that he brings to the table on a daily basis.
