Kind of depends at a moment in time.

I'll say I don't read a lot of business books because they tend to be long and uninteresting.
I like reading articles instead.
Um, but I'll name a couple that are, I'll name one that I read recently that I liked, which is the hard thing about hard things.
Oh, um, and I'm forgetting Samir's last name.
Um, but he's the CEO of SendGrid and, uh, he was for servant leadership.
I agree with a lot of the principles that he exhibits in his role.
So he's one guy.
Or, or lack, lack D, but I wasn't even going to try to pronounce it.
We know who, you know who I'm talking about.
I do.
Great guy.
In general, my, my philosophy on, you know, leaders and people and, and, uh, you know, sort of heroes.
I think, um,
I prefer to follow lots of people and to take best practices.
I steal ideas from many, many people.
