Before we close out, I want to throw some love to Javari.
I mentioned him a couple of times earlier.
And the threes he hit in the second half.
It's so big in today's NBA to have a short memory.
And there were stretches in this game where he was absolutely terrible.
We talked about it at halftime.
It looked ugly.
And yet he keeps shooting.
He's the one guy that it never seems like he gets timid.
He always wants the ball in key spots.
And there's a lot of value there.
It's not to say this was a perfect game.
Nowhere close.
But he stuck with it.
And in the second half, he provided a ton of utility on defense.
And offensively, he hit a couple of big threes.
He had a big putback in traffic.
Made some free throws.
All in all, very up and down game, but one that I think you'll live with if he's playing his best in the minutes that matter most.
