It's meant to compensate them for losses incurred because of trade wars and tariffs.

A federal judge says President Trump's executive order blocking new wind energy projects is unlawful.

President Trump says he will defer to Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth on whether to publicly release video of U.S.
military airstrikes on a suspected drug boat off Venezuela.
A second strike on survivors of the initial attack has come under scrutiny and has been the subject of at least one classified briefing on Capitol Hill.
Hegseth says the issue is still under review.
Trump originally told reporters the video would certainly be released.
A fire in a high-rise office building in Indonesia's capital has killed at least 17 people.
That's according to authorities in Jakarta, who say the flames broke out around midday local time on the first floor of the seven-story building.
The cause is under investigation.
