Election primaries are being held today in four states, Maine, Nevada, North Dakota, and South Carolina.
In Maine, voters will be choosing nominees for governor and three seats in Congress.
Kevin Miller with Maine Public Radio says the race getting the most attention involves Democratic candidate Graham Plattner, who's seeking the Senate seat currently held by Republican Senator Susan Collins.
In South Carolina, five Republicans are challenging Senator Lindsey Graham as he seeks the party's nomination for a fifth term.
Three Democrats are competing for their party's nomination.
Republican Congresswoman Nancy Mace is among those seeking the party's gubernatorial nomination.
