A company that manufactures firefighting foam has agreed to a $10 million settlement with the state of Wisconsin.
The state says Tyco Fire Products was responsible for decades of water contamination in northeastern Wisconsin because of PFAS chemicals contained in the foam used at a firefighting training center.
