They landed the helicopter at the scene.

Which, I mean, that was kind of cool to watch.

I mean, sucks that it happened, but how often do you get to see a helicopter just in the ditch right there?

We ended up having to wait for the Colorado State Patrol investigator to come out of the springs all the way down to where we're at, which on a dry day is a four and a half hour drive.

Yeah.

So got that all cleaned up.

And that was not a dry day.

Oh, yeah.

The engine was in the sleeper.

Yeah.

So it was like it turned this normal freight liner into a day cab just from the bottom of the windshield.

It was just straight the fuck down.

Fucking stupid fucking pickup.

There's a giant line of traffic, you know, that's backed up because of this wreck.

And he decides to jump around it and pass all these fucking people.

And then he gets up to it.

Hits the brakes, realizes he cannot stop, starts turning to the ditch and catches the northbound truck with the ass end of his pickup.

So he hits a ditch.
