So one of the criticisms of Gen Z has been that, and I disagree with it, by the way, because I disagree with the premise, but I'll go ahead and lay it out there, is that Generation Z, their 20s, are not resilient.

They don't stick with it, do hard things.

And that is somewhat sometimes true.
