Where did our eyes come from?
You know, I'm talking about our ancestors.
You know, the goopy, sloopy, slimy, swimming kind of things in the ocean.
There's a lot of mammals.
There's a lot of creatures with eyes that share a common ancestor.
That common ancestor would have evolved an eye.

Is that a major takeaway for most people?
