And something else I've learned when building great culture, the number one thing that keeps it an employee
or to keep someone on your team is when they are clear about the mission that they are fighting for.
They're not there for the paycheck.
They're not there for the perks of being there.
They get energy when you are clear about your path and mission and that they are working towards that, which is what you just said.
And I love that.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And, you know, I remember giving a seminar in Toronto and probably a few hundred people there.
And I noticed that that cohort of people, that audience, a lot of them were like physicians or coaches or people teaching spirituality.
Like these are like service providers, people who want to like do good.
And the main limited belief they all had was we shouldn't make money or charge a lot for helping people, right?
And so what happened was they were having these businesses that they couldn't scale.
They weren't reaching the people they wanted to reach because, you know, they were charging maybe 50 bucks for their time, an hour, a hundred bucks, or they didn't want to charge too much or giving constantly their time away for free, which I totally understand.
So their belief system is, it is not spiritual if I charge to help people.
So how could I ever do that?
When in reality, if they run a successful business that is profitable,
They will be able to reach more people.
They will be able to employ more people.
And they will also not have to be beholden to investors and banks and other people who then start to control the energy of your company.
