Kids have to go to gym five days and they know there's physical exercise. And it's just kind of like, it's just understood. Why can't we take some of that time for children to also better understand their own mental health and to teach them about their mental health? Because we know so much of this starts early, just like it started with myself at 14.

If I had that vocabulary at 14, I probably would have developed better kind of healthy behaviors at 14 and did that as I turned into a young adult. So I would love to take a little bit of time. It doesn't have to be all the time.
