Now, it's huge.
As a specialist, one of my primary concerns with my patients was, do you have a good primary care doctor?
It's critical to their care.
And one that not only you could see when you need to is overall good, but also communicates well with the specialists.
Because I've also had primary care doctors who stopped medications that I was prescribing for incorrect reasons, because they don't understand.
Yeah, yeah.
Regarding just the overall topic of screening, yes, you have to consider when you're too old to benefit from a screening procedure, because you have to survive long enough to have the benefits.
It's all risk versus benefit, and the benefits go down when you're not going to live long enough.
Yeah.
to get the benefit.
But patients don't like hearing that.
They, as you might imagine, they don't like, you're not going to live long enough to benefit from this is not something people want to hear.
Absolutely.
So I know you guys have all seen a recent blog post by Dr. Richard Dawkins where he argues that LLMs, specifically Claude, are conscious.
Oh, God.
So it's interesting.
