They're involved in what we call the attention economy.
They grab our attention from Instagram or Meta.
And then once they've grabbed our attention, they sell us stuff.
So basically, you have a dual company.
One is an attention company, let's say Instagram.
Once your attention is grabbed, it becomes an advertising company.
That's what these guys do, right?
Now, the way they refine the advertising is to get an algorithm that says, David McCullough, we know exactly who he is.
We can follow him.
We have his data.
We will refine an algorithm.
And what we will do is we will target him.
Now, what AI is doing is
It's actually taking out the software engineers that program the algorithm at the first instance.
So what you can see is very, very clear to me is that the first line of impact is going to be the very software engineers that came up with the AI in the first place.
And this is exactly what's going to happen all across the economy.
Well, yeah, I mean, Ireland has doubled down on its bet on technology, which was a better bet than most countries took in the last 10 years in terms of the amount of tax revenue, the amount of jobs, etc.
