Slow, charming, no hustle, no drama, decent, never really in the news, always a nice neighbor.

And essentially a decent global citizen.

What we are going to go into now is a possibility that Canada becomes a lightning rod for nationalism, for patriotism, for MAGA, for secessionist policies, for anti-woke, anti-environmental, anti-First Nations, anti-LGBT, all that stuff.

And it's quite ironic that while Carney is seen as the white knight of what I would describe as rational liberalism, he may well be the prime minister that has to deal with forces unleashed from all over the world focused on this late October secessionist vote in Alberta, which would be a first for Canada

Canada being in the world news for all the wrong reasons.

Because normally, Canada's in the world news for all the right reasons.
