Like, when I'm in work, I feel safe.
I feel I know, not necessarily in control, but I feel it's where I should be.
And I do, I'm always looking for an exit strategy.
In every situation, yeah, even now.
Yeah, it's that type of thing.
I'm much better nowadays, but for a long time I was really telling myself I wasn't enough and all that stuff.
And that added to the sort of, the alcoholism really and the inability to stop.
It felt great at first and then got very strange.
I was actually 17 because I had my 18th birthday on it.
And then I had a bit of money in my pocket.
And then I was sitting in Nairobi in this hotel having a coffee or something.
And there was a guy in front of me with a newspaper, and he turned it round.
It was The Times, and there was a picture of me on the paper.
