But as you say, the world is such a scary place at the moment.
I haven't done a trip like that for a while.
But it is, you know, it's work that constantly we need to be doing and here as well.
And, you know, sort of looking at the... It goes back to tiptoe, doesn't it?
Yeah, and being fed this lies, you know, and sort of, it is sort of baiting and sort of, you know, it's sort of this getting people to sort of believe the worst of other people in order to attack them and sort of then create power back in for you, you know.
There's so many stories that you hear of people who have got to safety, what they've done, how they've rescued their families, what they've been through.
That has been amazing.
I was in Egypt and the stories of how people are sort of surviving refugee, they're taking people in there, and those stories were amazing.
And then there you are with the pyramids in the background.
So yeah, I think it's really important to step out of our world, our comfort world,
sort of see what people are going through in a very real sense I mean the other two charities I work for is I work for a refuge which is a domestic abuse charity you know sort of violence against women and girls here in the UK and what they're doing they're building these safe houses what you forget is that you know if you're a particularly after COVID you know
being in a confined space with people we love was bad enough.
Imagine being in a confined space with your abuser.
Suddenly that was ratcheted up and safe spaces for women to escape to.
But if you've got a pet or you've got a teenage son,
then you can't really get away.
So it's creating domestic spaces for them, safe refuges for people who don't have a ready means to escape.
They've got to find different ways to escape.
And they're a wonderful charity.
And the Felix Project is a food delivery project that I work for who take food from supermarkets and restaurants that it's going to be
