OK, well, that's normal.
That's healthy, arguably in a democracy.
We are now talking about the 25th Amendment, a mechanism for situations where the president is unable to carry out the duties required by the position.
More people are asking whether we have passed that threshold.
I believe we have.
And more people in positions of power are saying we have surpassed that threshold.
Uh, the conversation is growing because the consequences of getting it wrong last night almost were the destruction of a country and its people.
And this is the sort of thing that becomes irreversible on a global scale.
So I don't believe now.
One other note on this.
Some of you wrote to me and said, why is the conversation all of a sudden the 25th Amendment rather than impeachment?
Both are incredibly unlikely.
When we talk about impeachment, you need a simple majority in the House, which Democrats don't have to trigger articles of impeachment.
Those articles of impeachment lead to a trial carried out by the House of Representatives senators vote.
You need a super majority to convict in the Senate for the removal of a president.
It's not going to happen.
Forget about Democrats not having.
a super majority.
Democrats don't even have a majority in the Senate.
So then you go, all right, well, that's difficult.
