And I just love hearing anything that isn't everybody clap your hands because when you go to like, well, you're at closer to 81 of these, but when you go to like 30 or 40 over the course of the year, anything to mix up the playlist is welcome.
You mentioned your dad.
And I know that when you wrote that piece a few years ago, your dad, you, you wrote about and shared, you know, when you were younger, you know, why baseball, your dad didn't quite understand why baseball.
And he had nudged to be like a little bit of a baseball fan.
Did the World Series run and the fact that you were covering the World Series and on the road for it, is he like a full-fledged Jays fan yet or what?
Yeah, he is.
Yeah, elbows not tucked enough, all that stuff.
No, you couldn't have.
And I mean, it's awesome that they do it.
There is also, when it comes to cricket specifically and the people in Toronto who are of,
Indian descent, Arjun Amala is killing it at AA.
I know you've written a big feature with him in the past as well and how he kind of carries that, the potential to be the first player of Indian descent in the majors, which would be pretty cool there.

I thought this was a new piece, but Sportsnet, because it's the 50th year,
of the blue jays they have been repurposing some old pieces about the history of the blue jays and you and i thought this was a new piece i didn't read it back when you wrote it uh but the black jays jerseys the uh jose batista early part of the jose batista era for me it's more of the like holiday lind vernon like when i have vernon wells on the show that's all i can picture yeah um
Looking back, and now that they're doing this 50-year stuff, and there are things like Trey Savage jersey in that Black J style, or in a couple weeks of Roy Halladay jersey giveaway back in the jersey of that era, how much do you think that that helps with...
remembering and celebrating the 50 years.
And I guess how cool is it that even when the teams are bad or the jerseys are bad, in this case, people don't like them.
We can lock it in as like, okay, memory wise, this is that era.
And I picture these guys in this jersey.
