Guys who get Rule 5 picked and end up starters immediately, there are very, very few.

Johan Santana, obviously the best case.

But even he worked in this Spencer Miles role his first year as a Rule 5 guy and had a 650 ERA.

He started a couple games, long man a couple games.

Obviously, eventually, he became a Cy Young winner.
