I've already heard rumor at the coffee shop.

Well, hell, all the retailers know that that's coming, too.

They know there's going to be money in the pocket.

They're going to before we come out with seed prices, before we come out with this, we're going to start seeing inflation on all of that because they know we got money in our pocket.

You think that's true?

Okay.

You're all right.

I was, of course, always bringing it back to real estate.

I was thinking, you know, there's realtors that do a flat fee.

And so some realtors charge a percentage, a lot due on whatever your house is, and that's more the, you know, full service.

And then there's other realtors that say flat fee, $1,500, I'll put it on the MLS for you.

And really they think, okay, if it goes to the MLS, it goes to Zillow, it goes out there.

But they're not doing anything for you.

They're not showing, they're not anything.

Is there any other, yours is a little different because this is a service-based industry that I'm talking about where we help service them, sell their house, and then walk them through the entire process.

Where yours is not necessarily service, it can be with AgHub.

But on the other side, you're just very, very transparent or open that, look, I'm not giving you any more than this.

This is what you get, period.

You get the chemical.
