If you're a hitting coach and you know everything about the swing, but you don't know how to communicate it or anything like that, then your job is kind of pointless if you don't know how to talk to a player with it.
But I remember when I first got called up or back up last year, we were hitting on the traject, and the TV was on.
The Sportsnet TV was on.
I was doing pretty well when I first got called back up, but my Wobo chart was on the screen, and it was so bad.
And...
with my, our hitting coach Lou, I was like, dude, I had to get, they were talking about me hitting.
I was like, Oh wow.
They're talking about me.
But then they ended up talking about like how bad my Woba was.
And I thought I was doing pretty well.
And like, then Lou started cracking up.
I was like,
And then I was like, okay.
And then I started doing really well.
And then that was like a running joke for the whole years, how bad my Wobbit chart was.
