Yeah, it was about four years to do that.

And it was a massive challenge.

When I eventually submitted the final manuscript, I feel like I think I probably was burnt out and passed out for a week, if I remember rightly.

But it was...

a book that was done to kind of bridge the gap between academia and the general public.

So it wasn't an academic textbook, but more of like that general public kind of book.

So Slash and I have corresponded for probably four or five years over social media.

He's a huge fan of dinosaurs and paleontology.

So, yeah, he and I had exchanged a bunch of messages.

And I just so happened to say, you know, we're looking for people to endorse the book.

And he said, yeah, send it to me.

And he actually read that last year whilst on tour with Guns N' Roses.

Incredible.

I remember him saying it and it made me laugh because I was thinking between sets of something he's playing Sweet Child of Mine and then reading about dinosaur mating.

Yeah, funny you say that.

Yeah, we have actually had that discussion about doing something along those lines.

Maybe something in a book or TV side of things.

Yeah, I'd love to.
