So we...

Started in Australia and our team, our software engineering is all still driven out of our Sydney office.

Our engineering team is more than 20 persons.

And in the Denver office here, we've got 15 people on the team, mostly building performance people.

So energy engineers, data scientists,

Uh, it'd be greater than 150 K. Yeah.

It's anywhere between six and nine months.

Uh, we, we're looking at three year contracts and we would hope to have a payback over that, that first year.

The hard thing about hard things.

I love Elon Musk and Mark Benioff.

Microsoft teams.

Seven to eight.

I am happily married, 31 years.

I have four sons who are in their early 20s.

I'm 55.

See, this is the question that I get about what would you do differently?

I think the thing that I always tell people is that you can't plan your life.

You're going to get amazing opportunities that cross your path.

And it's whether you choose those opportunities or not that will take you on your journey.

And sometimes those opportunities, you turn them down and sometimes you say yes.
