And how you can use that state along with visualization to create a new reality, create what you want.
But that want has to be in alignment with the heart's intelligence.
That's best for all concern.
It's not an ego want because that'll just backwash on you as stress.
It's not bad.
It's just how the human operating system works because we're all designed to really get along and love each other because we're all one on that highest level.
And what we do to one, we do to ourselves.
So coherence helps train you in that.
So it's not just conceptual.
And when you're in coherence, you can start to create more of your own reality.
That's in alignment with your spirit and with your being.
It keeps us honest with ourselves.
It gives us the real by heart biofeedback that trains us and make this, oh, when I think this thought or feel that, I get out.
When I think this thought or feel it, my coherence score goes way up.
Okay, what do I need to do to increase that?
And it's very individual of what brings us into alignment and what hijacks our coherence.
But it's an enlightening process.
