The other thing is right now, if you own those things, you're already on a registry.
To me, it's taking a federal-level registry to a state-level registry, which, while still gay, is a step in the right direction.
I would much rather this be handled by the state than be handled by a federal entity.
And that's how they get by with modernβ It makes a non-transferable firearm a transferable firearm.
So while I agree it will 100% be misused, at least it's a step in the right direction.
And I would much rather see the whole NFA thing ran by the state than ran by a federal entity.
To me, that whole thing, just a ballβ
If they can't abolish the NFA in its entirety, at least pass it to a state level because the chances of it being misused and abused at a state level is a whole lot lower than it being abused at a federal level.
I agree.
I'll go along with that.

Like we were talking about, I mean, we just had this awesome, I mean, the $200 tech stamp.
It was supposed to be a whole bunch of other stuff got wiped and we settled for that.
We're going the right direction versus it usually doesn't happen that way.
This almost comes off to me like somebody who came up with this is like, well, I want to buy this.
I can't have it, so fuck it.
Let's make a dedicated thing and now we can have them.
That's what it sounds like to me.
