Get us a breakdown of what you're actually trying to do with this reloading setup, and then I'll give you a better answer.
Versus me just covering all of the mid-tier options, because that's a pretty broad subject.
My big thing here, on the precision rifle side, buy a decent set of dies and a good scale.
Or on the flip side, you don't need an area 4190 to load 4570.
That's exactly right.
Yep.
What you're doing matters.
This is Chris Lada.
Hey, guys.
I've got two younger daughters, 14 and 12, and I'm constantly worried about their safety when we get out on their own.
With our busy schedule, dance, cheer, school activities, and everything else, they're often coming and going without me around.
To help give them and me some peace of mind, I ordered real pepper spray for them, plus a few inexpensive inert practice sprays, water-based ones that mimic the real deployment.
The practice cans are about $5 each, and you get three to four good shots for drills.
Last night, we ran some realistic scenarios in the dark, practicing quick access from their backpacks and deploying under pressure, me rushing up as the attacker.
The first time, both girls fumbled and couldn't get sprang before I closed the distance.
By the second and third reps, they both nailed it smoothly.
Seeing that quick improvement was huge.
It shows how fast muscle memory builds with repetition.
We're adding this to our monthly training drills to keep the skills sharp.
Side note, full circles to consider doing a segment on drill series with safe fake pepper spray for younger teams or women who might not carry firearms.
