No, we haven't lost anyone to date.
Again, it's only been about three, four months, but we haven't lost anyone.
Absolutely.
I think we have learned over the past three months that the product is awesome, but unless there is a need for them to come back and log into the product every so often, two, three times a week, they will lose interest.
So we have started putting in a lot more insights that we send to the customer saying, hey, here's what we learned analyzing your data for the past week or so.
