on the back line yeah 100% I feel like I was the only person who's openly queer on my rugby team when I went to college shut up can you believe that that doesn't make any sense I've met them and I will just say girl jury's still out yeah now though now that time has passed I'd say half of them have come out as queer.

It's actually, I think it's not exactly that. Because if you want to be close to women and you're closeted or straight or whatever, women are so naturally close with each other. You touch each other a lot. You braid each other's hair. You're like, straight girls are big. We kiss. I don't care. But rugby is a very specific community of people.

I mean, it is like it's a it's one of those trauma bonding type of sports. You spend all your time together. You exercise with each other. You're very close physically, but also you're drinking so much more. And like the camaraderie is so strong.
