Bro, I reckon that would go off, man.
I'd watch a classic slinger any day of the week with Matty and that commentating.
I reckon it'd be hilarious.
A twist in the Shot Clock drama.
So the Warriors, they've conceded they played their part in the drama but have proposed a number of changes to the current Shot Clock system after last Saturday's night's controversy, which include an alert and an announcement at the ground that signals a 10-second warning, similar to set restart bell that is broadcast at venues, and the on-field official to verbally count down the final 10 seconds of the Shot Clock if it does happen to become obscured.
Now, previous to that update of news, the NRL has asked the New Zealand Warriors for an explanation over the shot clock controversy after clearing its own protocols on Monday.
At the time, Harris Tevita mentioned to referee Sutton before the kick, stating he could not see the shot clock on the big screen, then asking how much time he had left.
The big screen was showing the shot clock when the dropout was awarded but was then no longer visible when an advertisement appeared which obstructed the shot clock countdown.
Sutton told Harris Tevita he had five seconds to kick but the clock being broadcast simultaneously showed only two seconds left.
Despite the shot clock being obstructed, Sutton could be heard blowing a 10 second warning prior to his interaction with Harris DeVita.
I didn't know that bit.
Did you know that?
No, not until I read it.
So he blew a 10 second warning prior to his.
So he, he essentially told Harris DeVita there's 10 seconds left.
I mean, I already had this opinion, but that kind of leans more heavily in where I was sitting.
