We're just hurting ourselves.
Another big cuts are to K-12 education.
We already took a hit in this big, ugly bill last year, and now they want to cut it even more.
We're talking almost a 70% reduction in funding going through K-12 education.
You know, what does that mean?
That's entire programs being wiped out.
Support for homeless kids, for rural schools, for literacy.
All of that stuff is just going to go away.
And I'm just like, how is this America first?
It's just insane.
The National Science Foundation, you know, the small business agency, the Job Corps, workforce development, all of this stuff is getting just obliterated.
